  • 3 color photo of student ( passport size)
  • 2 group photo with parents ( passport size)
  • Transfer certificate
  • Birth certificate ( corp./ govt. Hospital)
  • Medical fitness certificate ( mbbs)
  • Caste certificate ( if belong to obc , sc/st)
